Note: The above garment measurements are taken before stretched. The material allows to stretch around circumference 2" -2.5". For e.g. if your bust is measured at 39", you may select size L (garment chest at 40") as the material allows to stretch 2-2.5" which will give you enough allowance.
If your bust measured 38", you may choose size M. The garment bust measured at 38" is before stretching. After stretched, the bust is measured at 40". For women who prefer to wear a little less fitting, you may choose size L too.
