OUR EXCHANGE, RETURN & PAYMENT POLICIES

We gladly accept exchange and return for Singapore orders.

Please be sure to read the product description in full detail before making your purchase.

• For exchanges in sizes and returns, please contact us at admin@loveaisyah.com within 14 days of delivery. 

• Exchange and return items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, and returned to us in the original packing within 14 days of delivery.

• Loveaisyah is glad to pay for the exchange and return shipping cost (Singapore only). If you purchase more than 1 item in the same order, kindly arrange the return items in one parcel (if you have more than 1 return item). We won't encourage separate return of the item in the different parcel that is ordered from the same order.

• Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

• Sale item with 40% discount and above is not entitled to return, only entitled to exchange. 

• Once we received your email in regards to exchange and return, we will arrange for a delivery man to pick up the item from you at your convenience time. Is that simple!

We gladly accept an exchange in size and another design for Oversea orders​.

• For exchange in sizes or exchange to another design (only at a higher value compared to your exchange item), please contact us at admin@loveaisyah.com within 14 days of delivery. 

• All exchange shipping costs (overseas) are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Exchange items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, and returned to us in the original packing within 14 days (excluding delivery lead time) from the date you receive the order.

• Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

All products are in Singapore Dollar (SGD $).

All Earrings are non-returnable items due to hygiene reasons.

Delivery countries: Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Philippines, Australia, United Kingdom & United States. 

If your country is not mentioned here, please do not hesitate to drop us an email and we shall consider sending it to you :) Courier fee to deliver parcel out of Singapore, is exclusive duty & tax.

Payment option

Besides credit cards (Visa & Master), and PayPal; we accept payment via Atome (free installment). 

We offer DBS PayNow, PayLah, and Bank transfers for Singapore customers. Please select "Manual" under the payment option. It is that simple!
